Finitas are working closely with a leading independent London insurance broker who have a rare opportunity for a Senior position within their Marine Cargov team. You will be supporting the Managing Director on a broad range of responsibilities which include, broking, client servicing, operational reporting and overseeing several more junior members of the team. The team's book of business is well established over the years and spans across North America and other international territories. The team puts their clients are the forefront of their focus enabling them to have long-term relationships and retain business.

What's needed to be considered:

• Excellent track record within the Marine Cargo market
• Great relationships with market underwriters
• Ability to lead a less experienced team and report into senior members on their performance
• Knowledge on how to retain and service clients to continue long-term relationships
• Good understanding of North American territories
