Client Success (Prime Brokerage)

Our client is a technology-driven prime brokerage, clearing and financing across traditional and digital assets. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work in a well-funded rapidly growing fintech scale up. Reporting into the Global Head of Sales Support based in London, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and managing relationships with Tier One and Tier Two institutional clients. Excellent base plus bonus and equity.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Team as they work to get Clients and Counterparties live
  • Work closely with Operations and Technology teams for onboarding; follow existing processes to facilitate trading connectivity ahead of production go-live
  • Help Clients and Counterparties through onboarding; follow-up, and respond to requests
  • Communicate with Clients in a highly professional manner, quickly and precisely
  • Once Clients are live, ensure there are regular check-ins; build a strong support relationship
  • Monitor Client trading volumes, revenues and analytics, alert the Sales Team to any changes
  • Understand Clients' needs once live; suggest ways to improve the support function
  • Analyze data- charts/tables; query own data
  • Ad Hoc project work related to Business Development efforts


  • Degree educated
  • 2-5 years of front office or trading support experience, at IB, clearing hours or buyside firm
  • Good overall knowledge of trading and prime brokerage
  • Comfortable with FX, Futures, and Digital Assets
  • Be proactive, with a spirit of client service and a desire to grow a business
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service to a global client base
  • Be highly motivated and tenacious, with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team
  • Naturally organised and efficient, be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Be curious, bring new ideas to the table and get the backing to take them forward
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards
  • Be passionate about continually learning, improving and raising the bar
