Compliance Analyst | 12 month FTC | London Market Insurer | Hybrid/London

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with an established London market insurer in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join them on a 12 month basis. This role will be covering maternity leave and you will be concentrating on:

  • Conduct compliance monitoring reviews.
  • Provide sanctions and licensing advice.
  • Maintain the SMCR framework.
  • Collate MI for Board and Committee reporting on a quarterly basis.
  • Lead delegated underwriting due diligence reviews.

Maintain all compliance records.

  • Contribute to compliance regulatory projects.
  • Horizon scanning.

Experience required:

  • Must be from an insurance background - London market/Lloyd's experience is preferable.
  • Must have at least 4 years of compliance experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders.
  • SMCR experience preferable.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of the FCA & PRA guideline.

Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days a week.
