Compliance Oversight Manager

I am currently working with a Lloyd's Insurer who are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their Compliance team. This is a brand new role where you will have ongoing engagement with both external and internal senior management in an Operational position, providing monthly management, and overseeing policies and governance across two new products. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is eager to roll their sleeves up and enjoys being hands-on working on high conduct risk.

They are ideally looking for the following experience:

• 4-5 years Compliance experience
• 1st & 2nd line of Defence
• High Conduct Risk Management
• Operations
• Lloyd's Market experience
