Finitas are delighted to be working with a leading High Street Investment Bank based in London. They are looking for several Contract PMs to join their growing team for the LIBOR transition

Responsibilities -

• Assist in the design and delivery of LIBOR transition contract management
• Support development of strategic roadmap to review and remediate legacy LIBOR contracts
• Track and manage the updates to new contract templates
• Track industry updates to fall back language and transition approach
• Coordinate and report on contract renegotiation and repapering strategies across all LIBOR referencing products
• Track, identify and manage legal risk associated with LIBOR transition

Knowledge, Experience and Skills -

• Strong understanding of LIBOR contract management process and FI products and their contractual requirements
• Experience in analysing legislative and regulatory texts, and associated legal analysis
• Exposure to any of the regulatory guidelines including Volcker rules, MiFID II / MiFIR, Basel III, IBOR, FRTB, CRD & CRR, SFTR
• Knowledge of Excel, Databases, VBA and SQL
• LIBOR Transition experience would be beneficial
• Experience/knowledge of core operational processes (trade capture/validation, confirmations, settlements, collateral, reporting)
