Finitas are recruiting for a Financial Operations Administrator to join a highly regarded and successful healthcare technology company based in London. This is an exciting time to be joining and be apart in helping create a more efficient healthcare system. Working in the International operations department you will be providing Business, Financial and general administrative support to the management and operational functions. Giving you the opportunity to develop and learn about the business operations and be a key player in the essential running of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and invoicing Maintenance contracts
  • Preparing and updating MTN workings to include any changes
  • Being a key point of contact between different stakeholders
  • Answering customer queries and liaising between different departments
  • Chasing purchase orders from customers
  • Sending invoicing purchase orders to customers
  • Assist in administrative functions and assisting the Operations Director
  • Organise meetings, functions and ad hoc events

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Several years' experience in a similar operations role
  • Being able to adhere to strict procedural guidelines
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • An understanding of accountancy practices
  • Experience using MS Office, Salesforce, Concur and SAP Business One programmes
