Finitas is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for a leading global general insurance firm to be based in London.

You would be reporting to the CFO and leading a team of both FP&A and Finance Business Partners both in the UK and abroad. You will provide metrics used to help manage the business, impact strategy and support high level decision making. Provide financial guidance/strategic insight and work with all functions (Underwriting, Actuarial,
Claims, Operations, Finance, Risk Management, Distribution, and HR) to ensure a flawless
coordination among all stakeholders in delivering company's key financial objectives

Apply for this role if you are a qualified accountant with a proven track record in a global, senior finance leadership role (preferably, Financial Planning and Analysis) within insurance. You must have exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills at an Executive Level with in-depth knowledge of the Profit Centre lines in terms of both underwriting and Expenses. It is vital that you have specialist understanding of accounting and control for the Insurance industry and ae highly analytical with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial colleagues.
