Finitas are recruiting for a Lending Manager to join a well known and regarded short-term lending company in the Bristol area. Funding for intermediaries with briding and finance loans, this company has seen exponential growth in the last year and is expanding in hiring an additional Lending Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with an established SME, and be a key point of contat between brokers and intermediaries. Your responsibilites will include:
- Assessing and underwriting bridging applications
- Review risk of applications to the company
- Decision maker in approving and rejecting applications
- Present cases and applications to Lending and Credit Committee
- Produce credit reports to back up your decision making
- Be a point of contact between Brokers, Borrows and other key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least 1 year relevant experience of lending
- High level of attention to detail
- Articulate & well spoken, able to tailor their communication to the audience they are addressing
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team depending on the application
- Enthuastic and have a keen interest in a business
