Finitas are working on a new position for a Lloyds of London broker specialising within professional liability. Due to the success of the team, there is now a new space for a hungry and ambitious insurance broker to successfully contribute to their growth.
You will be working closely with the company's highest achieving new business broker to develop and build professional indemnity business from leads generated by the telesales and marketing team. You will be liaising directly with clients in addition to obtaining quotations from insurers and working with the placing team on more specialist placements. You will have clearly defined new business targets and regular support from managers to help keep you on track. There will be a clear correlation with financial reward and performance on targets.
What's needed to be considered:
- Experience dealing with retail professional indemnity clients either as a focus or as part of commercial experience
- Previous track record within a new-business sales role
- Excellent relationship building with clients and external markets
- Able to work in a target driven environment and meet deadlines
- Good insurance administration skills
