Your duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and candidates.
- Successfully source & place candidates whilst providing an outstanding level of customer service to all parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build on your successes to further develop profitable long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Consistently and creatively promote your candidates and your brand's proposition to new & existing clients via e mail, over the phone and in person.
- Identify and attend industry meet-ups and events
- Become a highly competent user of LinkedIn
- Manage advert responses promptly and professionally.
- Conduct in-depth qualification calls with candidates in order to establish their motivations, skill sets and career aspirations.
