Finitas are working on behalf of a leading independent London market insurance broker who are looking to hire a Divisional Director within their Treaty Division. This role would be across a range of business classes with a particular focus towards Middle Eastern territories.

This role would oversee the division and be the Managing Director of Division 2nd in command alongside developing existing business and market broking. The team has around 20 employees consisting of brokers and technical staff you will be essential to delivering on team targets and developing the existing book.

They are looking for the following experience:

• Treaty broking background, ideally knowledge of the end to end process
• Management experience, either actively supervising or experience mentoring and training junior staff
• Exposures to Middle Eastern markets will be an advantage
