Risk & Compliance Assurance Office | Insurance Broker | £50 - 60,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a growing insurance broker in their search for an additional Risk & Assurance Officer to join their team.

Reporting into the Group Head of Risk & Assurance you will be providing regulatory assurance on their growing business. You will be carrying out risk based monitoring and thematic reviews across the business and be identifying and recommending risk mitigation across a broad range of business activities.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years compliance monitoring experience
• Must be from an insurance background - ideally insurance broking
• Strong working knowledge of FCA guidelines
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels

Please note that you can be located anywhere in the UK with travel being once a week into their local office.
