Senior Corporate Communications Manager - HealthTech (East Coast)

Our client has a comprehensive suite of health care solutions and award-winning advisory and consulting services. Every day, they partner with more than 40,000 health care organizations across the care continuum to advance the quality of care.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the medical Thought Leaders, partnering with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts in highlighting and strengthening the speaker positioning at industry events, hosted events, and client events.

You will play a critical role in bringing proprietary data and analytics and client stories to life through speaking engagements, events, webinars, content and more. This position will help the Marketing Team in advancing business objectives, ROI targets, driving awareness and advancing organizational reputation.

Our client offers an excellent package and hybrid working model, you will need to be willing to travel 20% of the time to attend conferences and industry events. They have offices in NYC, Boston, Chicago, and Baltimore.


  • Manage the Speakers' Bureau, coordinate inbound/outbound (virtual/in-person) engagements
  • Maintain up-to-date bios, fact sheets and headshots for Thought Leaders
  • Lead the preparation for Thought Leaders, including working with internal and external partners to ensure deliverables meet content and messaging goals for the event
  • Create compelling Thought Leadership presentations⁠-including outline, messaging, talking points and slide decks⁠-from ideation to stage
  • Maintain slide repository to ensure consistency in messaging and that slide appearance is on-brand across all Thought Leader presentations
  • Collaborate with the Events team to ensure submission for speaker compliance and clearance, and how speaking engagements fit in with overall association sponsorships
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors and Sales teams for client engagements to gain further insight on the relationship in the context of national trends and benchmarks
  • Work with Social Media Specialists to plan and schedule organic social content promoting speaking engagements on both brand and Thought Leader handles
  • Implement data analysis to showcase overall ROI measurement and develop/maintain an enterprise-view that highlights upcoming activity and outreach


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field
  • 7+ years' experience in content marketing/corporate communications in B2B Healthtech
  • Experience in healthcare industry; knowledge of the healthcare event landscape
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into a simple, visually compelling narrative
  • Strong PowerPoint experience and portfolio of past work
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with a special ability to cut through with a succinct, modern communication style
  • Graphic design experience is a plus
