Senior Data Protection Analyst | London Market Insurer | WFH / London | £50 - 60k (doe)

Finitas are thrilled to be working exclusively with London market insurer again in their search for a Data Protection Analyst! This is a newly created opportunity to due amazing growth over the few couple years. You will be working closely with the Data Protection Officer. Some duties will include:

• Providing pragmatic data protection advice, striking a balance between legal/compliance requirements and the wider interests of the business.

• Conducting comprehensive data protection impact assessments (DPIA's) across the Group.

• Carrying out data protection monitoring activities and producing improvement plans for the business.

• Maintain the GDPR Compliance database and provide regular management information.

• Responding to, and management of, data subject rights requests.

• Assisting on data protection contractual negotiations.

My client is seeking a Data Protection professional with at least 3 years' experience - ideally holds a Law degree, legal qualification or equivalent. Insurance experience would be highly desirable however my client is open to background.
