Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Amsterdam

Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 pa

Finitas are partnered with a fintech that pioneered the space of enterprise data management and serves a global client base of financial services firms around the world.

They are searching for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for running their digital marketing campaigns using all digital channels- from website, social media and marketing automation focusing on growing overall company visibility and lead generation.

They take an ideas-based approach to their work, homing in on compelling ways to bring our brand to life while creating strategic messaging and thought leadership for lead generation campaigns.

HQ'ed in London, their operation is spread across the UK, the US, the Netherlands, and Singapore.

This role reports to the VP Marketing & Strategy, located in Amsterdam.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs aligned to sales priorities, new product and service offerings and overall revenue targets
  • Manage digital channels including Hubspot, PR, website and social media and develop remarkable marketing and communication campaigns, elevate storytelling, and bring their brand to life across all touchpoints
  • Working closely with their suppliers including PR, web agency and media firms and with sales to ensure the proper flow of leads and marketing automation
  • Communicate and align campaign plans, activities, and feedback through regular communication and follow up between marketing and sales, as well as to the rest of the organization.
  • Track program results, measure KPIs, and report on campaign and channel effectiveness.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of related experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing communications in a B2B, high-tech products/services environment. Experience in and knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem is a plus.
  • Expert in digital marketing, including media planning, targeting, measurement, optimization.
  • A learner who is able to comprehend and grow knowledge of high-tech B2B trends, complex products and optimize messaging.
  • Deep analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation and web analytics including CRM (Salesforce), social media (LinkedIn), Marketing Automation (Hubspot) and Google Analytics.
  • Fluency in English, excellent writing and presentation skills and passionate about branding and storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study.
