Senior Syndicate Accountant
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 pa
Location: London (Hybrid)

Finitas are working with a London-based client that specialises in providing support services within the insurance and reinsurance sectors, particularly focusing on the management and run-off of legacy portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee outsourced syndicate bookkeeping and controls.
  • Prepare syndicate management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Handle Lloyd's returns and various reporting requirements (US, Canadian).
  • Assist with syndicate annual report and accounts.
  • Develop syndicate reporting systems.
  • Support project work and new syndicate launches.

Requirement:

  • 3+ years in syndicate reporting within insurance.
  • Experience with change and process improvement.
  • Qualified accountant.
