Support Team Lead - City of London (flexible working) - Insurance - up to £70,000 pa
Finitas are working on an exclusive basis with an innovative software solutions company to optimise Finance and Accounting processes to the London and Global Insurance industry. They are looking for a Support Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis.
As the Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of Support and Maintenance services to their client base. You will manage queries from their clients and ensure that the Delivery Managers are made aware of client requests and issues.
This will be a client facing role and will see you liaising with clients to ensure ultimate satisfaction with their support services. You will have an oversight of a small team of support analysts, this will be a hands-on role.
They are looking for the following experience:
- SQL skills
- SSIS and SSAS desired
- Datawarehouse experience desired
- Lloyds and / or London Market Insurance experience desired
