Technical Learning and Development Manager

I am working with a highly reputable financial services organisation on this newly created role reporting to the head of learning and development. You will be working across the business and supporting senior stakeholders and their respective teams.

You will have extensive experience in a learning and development role preferably with a CIPD level 5/7 within a regulated industry and a strong technical knowlege of SMCR.

Due to the business facing nature of the role you will require excellent communication skills and the gravitas to both challenge and support senior stakeholders
