We are delighted to announce that Finitas Director Stuart Macarthur will be presenting at the Managing General Agents’ Association 2021, on the 15th September! Stuart's presentation will cover: 'The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Recruitment Within Insurance'.
The Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) are a non-profit organisation founded in 2011 by a group of individuals who saw the need for an association to represent Managing General Agents.
In April 2020, Covid-19 had significantly impacted on the employment and insurance recruitment market, with many facing unemployment and businesses having to close. However, a year and a half on, confident is returning as the market becomes increasingly active as it adjusts to a new format.
With this new format brings with it a new set of challenges. What does post-pandemic look like? What has permanently been erased from the market we once knew?, what is needed to restore market confidence? And what will enable MGAs to continue to be leading innovators?
The 2021 conference will explore these questions, focus on the current issues affecting MGAs and look at the changing landscape for the future.
