​We are thrilled to announce that Finitas has reached an incredible milestone on LinkedIn: 30,000 followers! It's an achievement that we couldn't have reached without the incredible support of our amazing community.

Reflecting on the journey, it's been an eventful year for Finitas, filled with engaging events, insightful discussions, and valuable connections. From the three-course Club Lunch at the Albion on the 26th of April, alongside delightful Aperol spritzes’, to the captivating Dive In event on the 7th of March, each moment has been a testament to our commitment to growth and people-first initiative.

Our recent engagement at the Gender Inclusion Network (GIN) & Next Generation Insurance Network (NGIN) ‘Dive In’ event was particularly inspiring. The event featured a thought-provoking keynote speech by Dr. Sam Collins, followed by a panel discussion led by senior executives. Raj Basra, Jenna Parker Lugg, and Lizzie Risdale shared their insights on gender inclusion and empowerment in the workplace, educating other Tech leaders on the importance of gender equality in FinTech spaces.

But our adventures didn't end there. We explored the virtual realm, mastering the greens of Adare Manor and St Andrews during our virtual golf extravaganza. Hosted by Tom Kelly and Tom Bithell, our clients joined us for an unforgettable evening of friendly competition, accompanied by drinks, pizza, and lively conversation. To everyone who joined us, thank you for making it a truly memorable three hours of positive community connection.

Furthermore, we had the privilege of being represented by Fran Thompson at The FIX Trading Community EMEA Trading Conference. This gathering served as a collaborative platform for stakeholders across the industry to shape the future Fintech landscape together.

As well as the FIX Trading event, Fran also hosted the first ever Finitas White paper event in London this year where a specialised talk on ‘Banks vs. FinTechs: Evaluating the Landscape of Talent Acquisition’ was delivered. Topics such as ‘Tips for joining a start-up' and 'The importance of work-life balance' were covered by Fran. Fran's participation underscores our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends, furthering our company-wide knowledge, and building lasting relationships.
