My client, a strategic solutions partner for Insurers & Underwriters looking to access the Lloyd's market, is seeking two Business Systems Analysts to work in the Insurance Systems & Business Applications Team. You'll be working with the IT Portfolio Manager to design, administer and deploy corporate & in-house applications to key business areas.
Key Tasks:
- A blend of PM/BA duties, including: Documenting specifications, Workflow diagrams and stakeholder management (including communicating with end-users and vendors)
- Assisting with change management processes, from identifying opportunities, stakeholder requirement gathering, submission and liaising with the IT teams.
- Designing, configuring and administering key corporate workflow processes following business requirements for a tool called Decision Focus.
- Ownership and administration for internal corporate applications (primarily Decision Focus), performing system testing (including user acceptance) and managing the release.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years+ contracting in the Loyd's Market - I'M AFRAID I CAN'T CONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION IF YOU DON'T MEET THIS ESSENTIAL CRITERIA.
- Ideally, experience working with, and an understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance)
- Educated to Degree level in Mathematical and / or Scientific / or Financial and / or Information Technology discipline or equivalent.
- Knowledge and/ore experience working with GRC workflow tools.
- Strong Analysis Skills.
- Understanding and deployment of workflow applications, processes and principles.
Desirable Skills:
- Business Analysis experience
- Experience using the Decision Focus Workflow tool.
