Broker Compliance Manager | London Market Insurer | London / WFH | £70 - 75,000 (doe)

Finitas are working with an established London market insurer in their search for a newly created Broker Compliance Manager to join their rapidly growing Compliance function. You will be sitting within the Compliance function and working closely with the Delegated Authority team in managing the broker function. You will also have 2 direct reports.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all brokers are approved in line with the Companies' Broker Vetting Procedures
• Maintaining the Broker Vetting Framework remains fit for purpose and is developed and adapted in response to regulatory and internal changes
• Ensuring the system used for broker oversight is reviewed and developed to enhance and streamline the existing broker review process
• Ensuring the broker function meets the objectives defined within the Compliance Plan

Experience:

• 5 years' experience within a Compliance Department
• Must have a background in the Insurance and Lloyd's Market, ideally with technical knowledge of the broker market
• Strong organisational and workload management skills as well as strong analytical and written skills.

Please note you will be required to work in the London office 3 days per week.
