Have you got experience and an interest in sustainable energy?
Finitas are exclusively supporting an exciting sustainable energy start up looking for a CFO/CIO in a newly created role. You will have a finance & accounting background, but accountancy will be a small portion of this role. You will be tasked with finding future funding and selling the company as an investment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor search efforts, including investor relations, due diligence, and execution
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support day-to-day operation and strategic initiatives
• Oversee all finance operations, including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, FP&A, accounting and reporting
• Manage external stakeholder relationships including lendors, auditors, and advisors
• Stay abreast of industry trends

Key Skills/Experience

• Qualified Accountant and/or further education in Finance related subject
• Experience of pitching for funding
• Appreciation and understanding of renewable energy sector
• Strong financial acumen
