CFO / COO - Start-up manufacturing B2B - Aachen, Germany
Finitas are working on an exclusive basis for an innovative B2B business based in Aachen, Germany. Due to significant investment, they are on the search for a Chief Finance / Operations Officer as they scale up. There can be flexibility to work from home but you would be expected to spend some time in the office each month.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will oversee the daily operations around Finance and Operations reporting directly into the CEO / Founder. You will be measuring effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally as well as the mentoring and management of two direct reports setting leadership by example across the business. Depending on your experience and background, you may also be involved in the legal, HR and even business development.
They are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (or equivalent, such as a degree or relevant experience)
- Finance and operational leadership within a business to business (B2B) environment
- Experience within a fast growing start-up or scale-up business
Helpful but not required:
- Experience in HR, legal or business development
- German language ability is helpful but not required
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
