Finitas is delighted to be partnering with a Private Equity firm seeking a portfolio Chief Finance officer for a technology-led business within its portfolio.
You will play a key role in its rapid transformation and exponential growth:
- Compile and present market analysis, planning and forecasting
- Partner with CEO to set and execute commercial and strategic KPIs
- Model financial scenarios and market trends to create and drive strategic plans
- Leading finance function including oversight of all operational and commercial finance
- Ensuring that robust frameworks and systems are in place to accommodate rapid growth
- Strong management of working capital, cashflow and liquidity positions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business and parent company
- Main point of contact for the shareholder, banks, tax advisors and auditors
