Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a leading Lloyd's broker in their search for a Casualty Claims Advocate. This client has consistently increased their headcount organically over the last 18 months and are now looking for multiple new Claims hires.

This role is focused on Bermudian Casualty Claims so a successful applicant must have this experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling of Casualty claims placed in Bermuda
• Reviewing and analysing the overall claims portfolio and implementing efficiency and consistency of approach
• Identify risk, review the details and prepare claims file accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining in-house and external computerised claims records.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of casualty claims expertise in London and/or Bermuda Market, ideally working on US business
• Strong knowledge of the relevant aspects of the Law of Agency and the Law of Contract to be able to perform the Principal Tasks
• Experience and competency in MS Office and ECF
