Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing mutual insurer in their search for a Compliance Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role due to good growth.

The role would be perfect for someone with:

• A solid understanding of Financial Conduct Authority & Prudential Regulation Authority regulations
• An experienced risk & compliance professional - must be confident in providing compliance advice, risk management & internal controls
• An insurance background
• Managing a small team
• The ability to build good working relationships with senior stakeholders

This is a truly amazing role where you will have the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions and be in a senior position where you will be providing regulatory compliance advice and reporting into the Director of Risk & Compliance.

Please note this role is 3 days working in London and 2 days from home. Benefits include pension of up to 20%, x7 death in service, discretionary bonus & more..
