Compliance Manager | Insurer | Kent / WFH | £40 - 50,000 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnered with an established insurer in their search for a Compliance Manager to join their 1st line. You will be working in a small but dynamic team with some of the following responsibilities:
- Implement and Embed Group policy into the business including creating, maintaining and monitoring company specific procedure where required.
- Produce data and complete reports including internal management reports, FCA reports, Group reports.
- Handle complaints including record keeping, insurer liaison, writing letters, root cause analysis and reporting.
- Review and update the risk register
- Review new insurer TOBAs and maintain insurer TOBA register
- Maintain the company's compliance registers
Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years compliance experience
- Must be from an insurance background (broking, general insurance or London market)
- Good working knowledge of the FCA regulation
- Excellent verbal & written communication
You will be given plenty of autonomy to make the role your own & work closely with senior management. There is also lots of opportunity for future progression & development.
Please note you must be able to travel to their head office in Kent twice a week.
