Compliance Manager - Insurance - Hertfordshire - circa £35,000 pa

Finitas are delighted to be working a with a specialist insurance broker who are on the search for a Compliance Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be delivering a compliance programme that will support the business as well as co-ordinating the training and development programme. You will be reporting directly into the Managing Director and have two direct reports.

They are looking for the following experience:

• Compliance framework experience
• Strong regulatory experience
• Insurance background
