Compliance Monitoring Assistant | Reinsurer | London / WFH | up to £35,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Reinsurer in their search two Compliance Monitoring Assistants to join their team. These are both newly created roles due to good growth over the past year.

Youwill be responsible for supporting the Compliance Team in ensuring the business complies with all relevant regulations and legislation applicable through focused monitoring work.

This role will suit an individual who is personable and meticulous, comfortable taking ownership and initiative when working independently and alongside the wider business when needed.

Experience required:

• At least 1-2 years' experience within the (re)insurance and Lloyd's market. Background can include compliance, risk, claims, delegated authority
• Good understanding of FCA & Lloyd's Minimum Standards
