Compliance Monitoring Officer - Financial Services - South West - up to £40,000 pa

I am working with a reputable organisation within the Financial Services Sector who are looking for a Compliance Officer with the outlook to become permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded company.

You will be working with the Senior Compliance Manager conducting analysis to determine whether the correct steps are being taken to comply with the rules. You will assist the Senior Compliance manager to ensure that the senior management and the Board are compliant and escalating any issues that are identified - this will be achieved via thematic and surveillance testing.

They are looking for the following experience:

• Compliance Monitoring experience
• Strong FCA knowledge
• Financial services background
