Compliance Officer | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £Negotiable DOE

Finitas are delighted to be exclusively with an established Lloyd's broker in their search for a Compliance Officer to join their team. This is a standalone role reporting into the COO.

They are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, who will be responsible for leading the Compliance function in accordance with the annual Compliance plan and supporting the Broking team.

The compliance function is in a great place, so it would be more of a case of keeping the wheels turning but also improving processes where required. You will also be able to get involved in thematic monitoring, rolling out new processes within Gifts & Hospitality, the ESG strategy, D&I, business continuity & more.

They require someone with a minimum of 5 years' previous compliance experience within a London market insurer or intermediary.

Please note you will be required to work in their London officer at least twice a week.
