Conduct Risk Manager | Lloyd's Manging Agency | London / WFH | £70 - 80,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be working with a growing an established Lloyd's Managing Agency in their search for a Conduct Risk Manager to join their team. You will be reporting into the Head of Compliance and supporting the Compliance Function with day-to-day compliance activities and as well as be the subject matter expert on Conduct Risk. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the Conduct Risk framework remains robust, in line with Lloyd's principles and FCA requirements and suitable for the varied client base.

Experience required:

• Strong technical knowledge of UK insurance regulation (preferably Lloyd's/London Market).
• Experience of applying regulatory knowledge within an insurance business.
• Strong Conduct Risk and general compliance knowledge and experience within General Insurance
• ACII qualified or working towards this.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at varying levels both internally & externally.

Please note you will be required to work in their London head office a few times a week.
