Our client is leading global organisation for the market research industry. They have been representing professionals and organizations that are part of the analytics and insights ecosystem for more than 70 years.

You will be responsible for the development and growth of the North American market by adapting the global strategy across email, social media and website to the region. This strategy is crucial to driving awareness, generating new business, and supporting membership growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the Global Head of Marketing and the North American Membership Development Director to develop digital marketing strategy roadmaps and collaborate with the other marketing team members to ensure successful execution
  • Adapt and execute global social media strategy to the North American audience to grow the following and increase engagement with that channel, both paid and unpaid
  • Build campaigns across paid channels (ie; PPC, Paid social advertising, retargeting, ABM) to increase brand awareness and generate new leads
  • Collaborate with the internal design team on the creation of advertising assets and landing pages to execute digital marketing programs
  • Implement strategies to test and optimize conversion across all digital channels
  • Define, analyze and report performance to optimize digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis. Ensure alignment and clear communication among key stakeholders throughout the course of all projects, including milestone reviews, results summaries and learnings
  • Implement tagging and tracking pixels to ensure effective tracking and analytics

Requirements:

  • 5 + years of experience in a B2B and B2C digital marketing role
  • Fluency in Spanish; speaks French or Mandarin would be a distinctive advantage
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate prospective customers to take action
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM and social media programs
  • Expertise in ad serving tools (e.g., Adwords, Adroll, Triblio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo)
  • Knowledge of CMS and marketing automation platforms a plus (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Up to date with the latest in digital marketing best practices and measurement
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages for conversions
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze various types and large amounts of data
