Group Conduct Officer | Insurance Broker | Remote | £65 - 75,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be working with a growing insurance broker in their search for a Group Conduct Officer to join their team.

You will be working closely with the Head of Compliance and have one direct report. Sitting in the 2LOD, you will be working closely with the 1LOD, ensuring they have a clear understanding of regulation, policies & procedures. Along with this, you will be contributing to the ERM framework, supporting with SMCR and supporting the business with FOS responses.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years compliance business partnering / conduct risk experience
• Must be from an insurance broking, general insurance or London insurance market background.
• Excellent working knowledge of T&C, ICOBS, Conduct Risk, COI, financial promotions, complaints, gifts and hospitality, SMCR, regulatory relationships, product governance, incentives etc.
• Strong technical knowledge of Consumer Duty and Product Governance.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of internal & external stakeholders.
• Likely to have had some management/team leader experience
