As a Group Financial Controller, you will be reporting to the Finance Director, working closely with the CFO and managing a team of professional. Hybrid model of working from home with just 2-3 days a week in their office in London.

Key responsibilities:

• Financial Control and leadership
• Running all aspects of financial accounting
• Liaising with Group auditors to ensure Group is reporting in line with standards
• Working collaboratively with the Executive team and members of the business' Leadership to grow the business
• Formulating strategies
• Short and long term business plan

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• Big 4 accountancy background ideally along with commercial experience, ideally within financial services
• Combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• With demonstrable successes in delivering growth and change in a complex environment
