Head of Change Risk | Investments | Remote | £110 - 115,000 (doe)

Finitas are thrilled to be working with a leading investments company in their search for a newly created Head of Change Risk. This role will be leading the 2nd line change risk team and reporting into the Head of Technology & Change.

You will be required to ensure there is a robust Change Risk Framework in place as well as establishing and embedding effective governance and controls in the 1st line. You will be engaging with the senior change team and also be collaborating with the other 2nd line Risk & Compliance teams. You will also be managing & undertaking assurance reviews, managing output, ownership and remediation activity with stakeholders.

Experience required:

• Proven change risk management leadership experience in a large financial services company
• Proven leadership experience of managing & delivering change in a large financial services company
• Good FCA knowledge
• Proven ability to build and direct strong and effective relationships with staff at all levels & influence senior management / stakeholders
• Relevant professional qualifications in Change and Risk, such as P3O, APM, Prince2
