Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance

I am working on a retained basis with a reputable insurer who are looking for an experienced Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance professional to join them during a time of considerable growth. They are looking for someone to bridge the legal gap whilst overseeing all risk & compliance matters across the business. You will be responsible for design and execution of the organisation's compliance and risk programme, acting as the main point of contact for all regulators and regulatory bodies. You will also oversee all legal matters including provision of legal advice, service agreement and legal advisory.

They are ideally looking for the following experience:

  • Qualified Lawyer - 3 years PAE
  • Financial services regulations and frameworks
  • FCA Management
  • Insurance industry (essential)
