Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance- New Role - Flexible working (UK)

Fintas are working with a rapidly growing insurance company on a retained basis to secure a Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance.

Our client is seeking a collaborative individual who can work with the them to deliver solutions and drive the business forward.

The role will hold SMF16/17, you will manage a small Risk & Compliance team and you will be a member of the Executive team setting the direction & strategy for the business.

The position will be UK focused with a desire for the role holder to grow their involvement into the international operations for the business.

They are looking for the following experience:
· Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE experience
· Insurance / broking background
