Head of Risk & Compliance | Insurance Broker

Finitas are delighted to be exclusively engaged with a growing insurance broker in their search for a Head of Risk & Compliance. This is a newly created role reporting directly into the Chief Compliance Officer.

This is a great opportunity where you will be the lead and be responsible for the Risk and Compliance service for specific retail divisions of the business. Along with this you will be a key member of the senior Risk and Compliance leadership team and will be ensuring that the relevant firms are adhering to the risk and compliance policies and framework, in particular the risk appetite statements.

My client is seeking a seasoned risk & compliance professional who has had experience of working in either general insurance or retail insurance broking. You must have strong experience of risk management, conduct risk, compliance monitoring, providing advice & guidance, TOBAs and working with senior stakeholders / the board.

Please note there will be some travel with this role, home working is also provided, and you will receive a competitive salary & benefits.
