Interim Deputy Company Secretary (Co-sec) - London Market Insurer - outside IR35

Finitas are working on a search with a London Market insurer in their efforts to find a Company Secretary on a permanent basis. The role involves the provision of a full company secretarial service to the business and the Group company boards.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be advising on corporate governance, monitoring and reporting on significant legislation changes. Amongst a range of other responsibilities.

They are looking for the following experience:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the work undertaken within a company secretarial department
• Insurance background
• Corporate governance
