Payroll Manager - Transformation Manager
My client is looking for an experience Payroll Manager/Transformation Manager for a Global business. To be considered for the opportunity you must have had experience completing a successful Transformation project from start to finish.
- 6 Month Contract
- Up to £400 per day inside IR35
- Remote working
Responsibilities:
- To manage multi-national payrolls in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Maintain updated knowledge of EMEA, International regulations payroll
- To be able to communicate to internal and external stakeholders
- Establish and maintain payroll guidelines through written policies and procedures
- Develop strong business relationships HR to ensure efficient and well-controlled work processes and the safeguarding of confidential payroll information
- Bonus to have transformation skills with SAP/Workday
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have global Payroll Manager experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to manage a team and develop individuals through leadership and guidance
- Must be skilled in payroll along with UK, EMEA
- Have proven abilities to build strong relationships, coupled with strong analytical skills and strict attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
- Experienced in implementing payroll processes and procedures
