I am delighted to be working with a leading Pensions & Retirement business in their efforts to hire experienced pensions professional with a strong understanding of Final Salary (Defined Benefits), and an awareness of Risk & Regulation within pensions review.
In this role, you will be tasked to ensure that cases are processed in accordance with FCA guidelines and current pensions legislation and ensure that loss values are calculated accurately to provide fair outcomes for customers.
Essential Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of Final Salary/Defined Benefits
- Strong experience in the Pensions industry
- A detailed understanding of various pensions products and the options available to customers
- Awareness of Data Protection requirements
- Analytical, inter-personal, and organised individual with excellent communications skills and telephone manner
Desirable
- Working knowledge of Respond complaints system and the PRESS calculation tool
- Awareness of FCA complaints handling and legislation
- Knowledge of Salesforce structure and controls
