Our client is a global payments company, licensed and regulated by the FCA in the UK and Europe, that offers regulated end-to-end payments solutions based on proprietary, in-house technology. Their clients are Tier 1 & 2 financial institutions and large Digital Asset organisations.

Description

Due to phenomenal growth last year, they have new roles in the Product and Banking Department for an experienced Product Manager.

The client is a global payments company, licensed and regulated by the FCA in the UK, that offers regulated end-to-end payments solutions based on proprietary, in-house technology. The company's infrastructure is designed to meet the growing needs of global financial companies.

Founded in 2016, the business has seen double-digit growth year on year, with over 80 fintech professionals now based across the UK and mainland Europe.

The Product and Banking Department manages product offering and partner banks as well as direct scheme participation around the world. The Product Team plays a key role in managing and tracking the product roadmap, delivering new products and features, and providing regular staff training within the company.

This function will be based at the London offices.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with developing product strategy and translate it into use cases, requirements and roadmaps.
  • Manage product pipeline, lead product development projects, capitalising on cross-functional cooperation.
  • Support department team members with delivering product projects.
  • Provide key input into the development of pricing policy.
  • Build knowledge base, be the go-to product expert and partnership consultant for internal teams.
  • Create and maintain product related content in Confluence.
  • Train internal staff on new product developments and features.
  • Research, identify and explore new markets, payment rails and domestic schemes to expand the coverage globally.
  • Act as an intermediary between business needs and technological output.
  • Ultimately responsible for managing existing and implementing new products.
  • Collaborate with the IT Team to ensure efficient integration and readiness of new banking providers and payment rails.
  • Work closely with other departments in order to track issues with providers and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure alignment with product solutions and particular client requirements.
  • Present new products and features to colleagues and management.
  • Regularly attend suitable networking events to be up-to-date about ongoing changes in the wider industry and product related topics.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the fintech/payments/banking/remittance space.
  • Experience with domestic and cross-border payments systems (SEPA, FPS, CHAPS, SWIFT, ACH and others).
  • Understand the correspondent banking infrastructure.
  • Good knowledge of agile product development processes.
  • Preferably experience in utilising Confluence and Jira as product and project management tools.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Russian language skills are advantageous.
  • Can-do attitude to make a positive contribution to the company.
  • Previous project management experience is advantageous
