Reinsurance Analyst | Specialty Insurer | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support projects and initiatives supporting the wider Reinsurance business
- Complete complex ad-hoc analysis requests
- Build reports in SSRS and Power BI to Deliver new analysis.
- Develop culture of data driven decision making through training and education
- Produce clear and concise reports to analyse business activity
- Any other duties as is reasonably requested.
Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria
- Excellent working knowledge of Data visulization such as Excel, SSRS, Power BI et.
- Effectively manipulate data from databases and systems to produce qualitative data
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server databases and write complex queries.
- Very analytical
- Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues to understand what kind of information they need to produce quality reports and analysis
- Requires relevant work experience gained within the insurance industry
