Risk & Compliance Governance Manager | Insurance Broker | London / WFH | Up to £42500 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Insurance Broker in their search for a Risk & Compliance Governance Manager to join their team. You will be reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer and be working across the Southern division of the business.

You will be working across their various retail businesses in the south region. You will be working with the Managing Directors of businesses, building relationships and embedding risk and compliance processes. Your responsibilities include governance arrangements in key areas of the risk and compliance framework, including the policy suite, conflicts of interest and control attestation.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years' experience of working in compliance
• Must be from an insurance background - ideally insurance broking or retail insurance
• Must have the ability to communicate and build relationships across varying levels

Please note that this role is working 2 days in their London office and 3 days from home. Also, you will have to travel to client sites on some occasions, but this will be fully expensed by the business.
