Risk & Compliance Manager | Insurance Broker | Remote | £50 - 65,000 (doe)

Finitas are working with a growing insurance broker in their search for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance you will be assigned to their broker partners to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.

This role can be based anywhere in England or Wales and your assigned broker partners will be located around your home location. The position is remote with up to 50% travel a month, which is all expensed.

Experience required:

• You must have experience of working for an insurance broker - retail experience is preferable.
• Minimum 4 years risk & compliance experience gained from an insurance broker.
• You must have strong regulatory knowledge of the FCA handbook including Treating Customers Fairly, ICOBS, IDD.
• Strong generalist experience across compliance monitoring, risk management, complaints, policies & procedures, TOBAs and working on regulatory projects.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships at all levels - both internal and external parties.

Please note that you have a full UK driving license.
