Risk & Compliance Manager | Insurance Broker | Yorkshire / WFH | Up to £42,500 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing insurance broker in their search for a Risk & Compliance Manager to work across their Northern division.
You will be responsible for building relationships across various businesses the company works with and embedding the risk & compliance processes across the business. Some key areas of responsibility include:
- Risk Registers
- Conduct Risk Framework:
- Apportionment & Oversight matrices
- Compliance Monitoring
- Conduct reporting
- Maintaining Compliance Registers (complaints, breaches, outsourcing, gifts, conflicts, financial promotions, appointed representatives)
Experience required:
- Min 3 years compliance experience
- Background of working in the insurance industry - preferably retail broking or insurance broking
- Ability to communicate with people at varying levels including senior management
**Please note this role is predominately working from home with travel across Yorkshire (travel to client sites will be expensed)
