Title - Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster

Reports to - Casualty and Financial Lines Claims Manager

Location - Hybrid, London EC3

Finitas are pleased to be partnered with a high performing Lloyd's MGA to identify two claims professionals for their growing casualty team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company renowned for excellence in claims management and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure claims are handled to high standards, complying with Lloyd's principles and internal guidelines.
• Manage allocated claims to satisfactory conclusions, aiming to minimise claims life cycle and static claims.
• Analyse complex information, investigate coverage issues, examine claims liability, and negotiate with counter parties.
• Accurately assess and identify trends, managing outsource providers and TPAs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Experience required:

• A minimum of 5 years handling casualty claims (professional lines is desirable)
• Experience in auditing TPAs, coverholders, and lawyers
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with US jurisdictions
