Senior Compliance Analyst | Insurance Broker | London / WFH | £50 - 60,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing insurance broker in their search for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their team. You will be reporting into the Risk & Compliance Manager.

Some responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the implementation of the compliance monitoring plan
• Assisting with regular oversight of the existing and growing network of Appointed

Representatives

• Making applications on the FCA's Connect system and assisting with the administration of the regulatory RMAR reporting
• Review financial promotions in line with ICOBS rules
• Assisting the compliance team to undertaking relevant due diligence on new clients and undertake compliance monitoring visits
• Review Conduct risk reporting forms and assist with risk framework

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' compliance experience
• Must be from an insurance background - ideally wholesale or retail market
• Experience in reviewing financial promotions and have a sound understanding of the appointed representative model.
